Photographs now available as Prints

Finally get it all set up so that you can order any images you like as a physical print to be shipped to your home through a service called printroom.  Not all images are uploaded there yet, but I'm getting them there.  Check out our new ordering site at http://www.studio-trapsinger.printroom.com.

Gingerbread and me

On the off chance that any of my users read this...

I just discovered over labor day weekend that the Gingerbread update to the Android operating system broke the selection list in my app.  I'm sorry for anyone that this has effected.  It took me a while to figure out what was wrong, but I did, and I have a solution.  The two newest image sets posted on Monday (Cordoba, Spain and Flying Kites) already have the code updates if you want to see what the new UI looks like.  I'll be pushing updates to the older image sets over the course of the next week.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

More selections available now.

As promised, the photographs provided by Linda Brown Photography have arrived, and have been translated into apps on the android market.  Search Studio Trapsinger now to see pictures of Cambodian Temples, the sights of San Francisco, and two different selections of flowers, one exclusively of orchids!

In other news, we've had our first sales, and everything seems to be working well.  Thanks to everyone for your support!

Ads = Free money!

Just learned how to include AdMob advertisements into my application.  Did so.  Published a new free version of the Point Lobos Wallpapers with ads!  Made 12 cents the first day!  Very excited!

Suggestions?

Now that I've got the basic form done for selling images on the Android Market, does anyone have suggestions or requests for other collections of images they'd like to see available in this format?

Personally, I like the parks, so the next few things on my list already are Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Wilder Ranch State Historical Preserve, and Natural Bridges State Beach (although the butterflies won't be back until next October).

I'm also expecting to receive several collections of images from Linda Brown Photography, a member of the Alameda Photographic Society, and the Northern California Council of Camera Clubs.  She hasn't told me which collections she's bringing, but I've seen her work in the past, and I'm expecting spectacular things!

I made an Android App

Yep, sure did!
